I have a veeeerrryyyyyyy big Jack Russel, both parents are jack russels and all his siblings are ‘normal’ sized. Don’t know why he’s so big but would like to know how big the biggest one is?

There is no record for tallest/biggest for individual dog breeds, just for all dogs overall.

He’s bigger because he got the recessive genes to be larger from his parents OR because he has a father different from the rest of the litter.
